    1- What are your strengths?

    Possible Answers:
     I am versatile and can adapt to changing situations.

     I am a self-starter who knows how to motivate people.

     I am highly motivated and very creative.

     I can handle tough situations that require firm decisions.

    2- What are your weaknesses?

    Possible Answers:
     I tend to be very picky about the quality of my work.

     I take my projects personally and want them to succeed.

     I'm probably too hard on employees who don't do their share.

    3- Where do you see yourself 3-5 years from now?

    Possible Answers:
     Hopefully working here and taking on more responsibilities.

     I would hope that I would have earned a promotion to a more senior
    position.

    4- Why did you leave your last job?

     I needed a career move in order to get additional responsibility.

     Most of my ideas were ignored and it stifled my creativity.
