Now we gonna take a technique to the next lebel. There is always one common question what I'm asked. Can you explain Double Push ? So here we go!
The whole concept development of Double Push means pushing in same direction with both feet simultaneously.
First most importnat thing about Double Push is always their low skating position that we've taught before with knees band's almost 90 degrees.
Watch the push is been fully extincted ( in ) recovery paces. There are two important parts to recovery paces. First key's recovery brings the foot in lined up the shoulders with same size.
Concerntrate on dragging in your recovery foot, Back in on your body with outside edge.
On inline skating is always important you use the edge with great power. You never wanna have escape to fall on the ground And recovery stage you wanna keep your foot slow as possible to the ground.
When you learn this technique, always important focus on balance, and weight transfer.
By your making a main push away body is weight transfer to the opossite leg and hip of the pushing foot.
Make the right weight transfer, Concerntrate on using your hips and shoulders to controll everything.
For example, when I pushing out away from my body with my right foot, my left hip and left shoulder may be a little lower in my right hip and right shoulder
Pushing (out) left body left hip and left shoulder, right hip and right shoulder may be a little lower.
Real secret to the double push is creating more power using two feets at ( ) just one.
Like we said before, brings a recovery foot in low, concerntrate on putting away on wheel's skate.
Remember, Always be on your outside edge. Now, with (public) like motion, put always into the wheels, create (semi-out-circle), parallel on the ground with great pressure.
This part is defining part of the technique which your main foot will be pushed inside edge, (the other) recovery foot is using the outside edge to push the same direction.
With this, you create twice much pressure, all power into the ground, you create more speed at the same time, and takes every skaters to push one.
